Intune client preventing SCCM client push install

Apparently SCCM client and Intune client cannot co-exist. SCCM client push install will break when trying to run the "ccmsetup" service, with a cryptic messages like:

To uninstall Intune manually:

You might have to manually push the SCCM client a couple of times before it will work. Also make sure that the client computer reboots before attempting SCCM client install again.
